We will need to price your move based on your requirements before booking you in. As all moves are very different and some people require more and some less from us.

All prices include labor and applicable tax and millage, Admin, Use of vehicles and our small markup, Insurance contribution and 2 mattress bags are all included in the price given to you.

What is guaranteed Approval?: If you can answer yes for the following then you will not need to worry about the credit check.

We also provide full service moves which are packing, wrapping, furniture dismantling, over night storage if required , carpet protection etc. Moving boxes and other packaging are also available.
What if my moving date changes?: If you have signed your finance agreement and your moving date changes just let us know.
We can change the date (subject to availability) Or cancel the finance agreement.

Will i pay extra for spreading the cost?: No, 0% always
Price quoted is the price you pay Inc applicable taxes, millage, labor, admin, markup, vehicle use, etc for the job described.
Do i need to pay a deposit?: Yes
The first installment is upfront and counts as the deposit.
The remaining payments are after we have moved you.
What areas do you cover?: Moves need to start Or finish in the southeast areas.
If you are moving long distance that is no problem as long as your moving From southeast England.

How long can i spread the cost over?: From 2 - 12 Months
First payment is upfront and counts as your deposit. The next payment will be 1 month later. Please check your payment terms in your finance agreement.

Do i need to help the movers?: NO
You can help if you choose but we really do prefer that you leave it to us. Its part of what you are paying for and its our job.
We would prefer if you sat with a hot drink and relaxed out the way and enjoy the service. Let your movers take care of the job its what we do.
Quote or fixed price??: We can quote most moves from the information on our form. But we need to complete a free in-person assessment to offer a fixed price.
We can also complete video quotes and offer a fixed price move.
Is there a credit check?: There is an option for certain moves to skip the credit check. Ask if your move qualifies for guaranteed approval (Most local moves do)
If you need to pay over 12 months then the normal credit checks apply. If you have an IVA Or are bankrupt then you must not apply.

Just want a basic Move?

This is the cheapest way to move home and the most popular option last year. It includes Furniture placement in the rooms and free mattress bags (Unto king size) Basic level of insurance included. You will be looked after by our 5* rated moving teams who will look after you and your belongings every step of the way.

Want a fully comprehensive move?

We will provide a team of at least 4 professional movers to pack your home up (The whole lot) . Dismantle your furniture (If necessary) Wrap all of your furniture in protective packaging , We supply the packaging, Move your home, Unpack your home either with you Or for you. We also dispose of the unwanted packing materials. Everything properly insured for peace of mind.

Something In-between?

If you don't need us to provide a fully comprehensive service. But you want more than just the basic move then we can quote you on a basic move. Then add any of the following: Furniture dismantling, Packing services, Unpacking services, TV Wall installations, Flat pack assembly, Furniture wrapping, Even have us dispose of any unwanted furniture or general rubbish. This way you can build a truly tailored moving package. Whilst cutting out any of the bits that you do not want.
